AthleteMetrics, its plans and its AI coach give general training and nutrition information. They don't diagnose, treat or prevent disease and don't replace a doctor, dietitian or other professional. Talk to your doctor before starting an exercise program or changing your diet, especially if you have a condition, take medication, are pregnant or are over 40. If you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or pain, stop and seek medical care. In an emergency, call 911.

You're responsible for safe technique, sound equipment, safeguards (safety bars, a spotter) and not exceeding your limits. The loads the app suggests are estimates: adjust them to how you feel.
Inteligencia artificialArtificial intelligence

Profesionales que usan el appProfessionals using the app
- Si sos entrenador, nutricionista u otro profesional, sos responsable de los planes, formularios y recomendaciones que mandás, de tener la habilitación que corresponda y de cumplir las normas de tu profesión y de privacidad (incluida HIPAA si te aplica). Ver Profesionales de la salud y HIPAA.If you're a trainer, dietitian or other professional, you're responsible for the plans, forms and advice you send, for holding the appropriate credentials and for following your profession's and privacy rules (including HIPAA if it applies to you). You're responsible for your backups (for example, the iPhone backup in iCloud or on your computer).
